We offer replacement nozzles and filters for many of our BaBylissPRO dryers online. Simply search by Model Number to locate those that are available. If you cannot locate one, please call Customer Service at 1-800-326-6247

Keep your receipt! If you decide you no longer want your new BaBylissPRO product and it's within the return policy of the store where you bought it, you can return it directly to the place of purchase.

When you shop with us on BabylissPRO.com, we want you to be completely satisfied. We offer Free Shipping to anywhere within the US.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused merchandise within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund of your product purchase price. Once we receive your return, please allow approximately 10 business days from when the product is received for your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.


Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Send your package using a shipping service that provides a tracking number (FedEx or UPS). We are not responsible if there is no proof the product was delivered to us.

If your product is defective in workmanship or materials and it's still under warranty, send it to us and we will replace it for you free of charge. Our warranties go beyond most retail 30-day return policies and offer complete product replacement within the warranty period. Since warranties vary, you should refer to the product instruction booklet for additional details. We do not repair or replace products that are out of warranty.

Please email or call us at 1-800-326-6247 before you mail your product to make arrangements for a return.

If your electrical appliance falls into the sink, bathtub or other vessel containing water, do not reach into the water to grab it. Unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet first. Even if the power is off, an appliance can still be electrically live and is dangerous. Let the unit cool down and then remove it from the water. The appliance will be unsafe to use and should be discarded after it has gotten wet.

If your BaBylissPRO product is not dual voltage, you will need a converter to step down the foreign 220 volts to the U.S. standard 110 volts.

Small electronics, shavers, battery chargers and non-heating appliances will need a 25 - 50 watt converter. Heating appliances such as dryers, irons, coffee makers and other high-powered electrical appliances need a higher 26 - 1875 watt converter.

Depending on where you are going, you may need a plug adapter to go with your converter as well. Adapters do not convert electricity, they only allow your plug to fit into foreign outlets.

We do not BaBylissPRO appliances.

If you have a problem with your unit while it is still under warranty, we will replace it free of charge. Contact customer service by email or call 1-800-326-6247 to arrange a return. BaBylissPRO does not replace products after the warranty has expired."

Warranties vary from product to product. Most BaBylissPRO care appliances carry a limited 1-year warranty (in the U.S. and Canada) for parts and labor. Others may carry a 2-, 4-, or 5 year limited warranty. The Instruction booklet that came with your appliance describes the warranty that applies to your unit.

Model numbers are printed or embossed for easy identification on every BaBylissPRO product. This identifier can be found on the data plate located on the back or bottom of the product, usually in an area where it is protected from everyday wear and tear.

All current models are available for purchase on our website. If you cannot locate a certain product, please contact Customer Service.

Once your order has been placed - we are unable to update your shipping address. Please call or email us before you return your product to make arrangements and receive further instructions for the return. If the order has shipped, the only option is to return the package to BaBylissPRO.

At this time, we do not have the ability to notify customers when out-of-stock items become available.

The most likely reason is that the item is out of stock. We apologize for the inconvenience. Inventory levels are updated daily in our system, so from time to time, check back on the website to see if the item has become available.

Your order may still show as processing or there may have been a discrepancy in our inventory that has caused a delay in shipment. Keep in mind that sometimes, in rare cases; it can take up to two days for an order to process.

You can buy most BaBylissPRO products directly online from the BaBylissPRO.com website. After you complete your shopping, you can proceed to CHECKOUT to complete your purchase using a credit card. Standard shipping charges will be applied automatically.

Some accessories and replacement parts for your product are available through various online sources. Many of our retail partners carry a wide selection of accessories and replacement parts for BaBylissPRO products as well. If your part or accessory isn't available through these partners, you can also buy many products directly online from the BaBylissPRO website.

After you complete your shopping, you can proceed to CHECKOUT where you can complete your purchase using a credit card. Standard shipping charges are applied automatically. There are a number of reasons your credit card may have not been authorized when attempting to make a purchase on our website, including:

You entered an address that is NOT associated with the billing address of the credit card you're trying to use. It's possible you may have misspelled your billing address or put your billing address on the incorrect line. Please check your information to make sure it is accurate.

Clipper performance can vary depending on the power source. Although the clipper is adjusted for peak performance before it leaves the factory, low power at your location may make it necessary to adjust the setting with the power screw.

  1. 1. - Turn the clipper on.
  2. 2. - With a screwdriver or a dime, turn the screw clockwise until the arm strikes the coil, making a clacking noise.
  3. 3. - Then turn the screw counterclockwise, just until the noise stops. This is the maximum power setting.

A hair clipper or trimmer is a precision instrument that needs attention and a little loving care once in a while. When your barbering efforts result in an uneven and choppy cut, it may be the blades, not your skills, that need to be honed. The pair of comb-like blades work together to layer and blend the hair on your head or face. The larger blade on the bottom, the comb, is held nearest the skin. The smaller cutter blade provides rapid scissor action as you position hair between the teeth of the comb to trim, clip and groom your hair or beard. For more detailed information on using your BaBylissPRO trimmer or clipper, refer to the Operating and Maintenance Manual for your product model.

Regular CleaningDirt and grit will dull the blades quickly. Use the brush and lubricant that came with the tool to help protect it from the wear and tear of regular use. A toothbrush and a lightweight machine oil can also be used to clean and maintain the trimmer/clipper. Clippers can get clogged with hair. Remove the hair without removing the blades by switching the taper lever back and forth a few times while the unit is turned on. When the clipper isn't running, use the short-bristle brush to remove hair trapped between the clipper teeth. A few short bursts from a can of compressed air is also an excellent way to clean the blade assembly.

Oil the BladesOil the blades often to keep the upper blade moving smoothly against the lower blade. Lubrication will reduce friction and prolong your clipper's life.

Before or After Each UseTurn the unit on and hold it with the blades facing sideways or down (not up). Spread a thin layer (2 - 3 drops) of the light lubricating oil across the top blade, and run the clipper for about 30 seconds. Keep the blades down to keep the oil from splattering. Switch the clipper to the OFF position and gently dab any excess oil from the unit with a cloth.

Blade AlignmentThe clipper comes from the factory with its blades perfectly aligned, but even casual use can offset their precision. Check the blades frequently to see if they need to be realigned.

Blade ReplacementIf, even after your best maintenance efforts, you are still producing uneven haircuts, the blade may be to blame. You can purchase replacement blades directly from us on BaBylissPRO's website.

The lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries in our rechargeable cordless trimmers and clippers charge faster, last longer, and have higher power density than other types of batteries used in personal and portable electronics. Lithium-ion batteries (not to be confused with non-rechargeable Lithium batteries or more common, non-rechargeable alkaline batteries) pack a lot of power into their small size. This power source for electronic gadgets, cell phones, and even medical devices powers your cordless rechargeable trimmer for maintaining your beard, mustache, and personal grooming style.

All BaBylissPRO Clippers come with 8 guard attachments. At the moment, BaBylissPRO Trimmers do not come with any guard attachments, but will be available to purchase separately.

No, our foil shavers should not be used on wet skin and hair. This includes applying oils and creams beforehand, as shaving on dry skin provides the best results.

The premium Clipper guards are made from fiberglass reinforced nylon for strength and durability, have meal clips to firmly secure the clipper guards onto the blade and extra teeth to help feed hair into the blade for a cleaner cut.

Your hair setter is designed for household use and is nearly maintenance-free. If the time comes when you need to clean it, disconnect the appliance from the power source before you start. Allow the setter to cool before wiping it clean with a cloth. You might also want to clean your rollers, which you can do with a damp cloth and a mild detergent or soap. If you have any concerns about your hair setter, unplug it, allow it to cool, and contact our service center.

Every BaBylissPRO hair dryer comes with an instruction booklet in the box. Don't throw it away! It provides the basic information needed to operate and maintain your hairdryer. This guide also includes important safety instructions for using electrical appliances. You'll find the warranty terms for your purchase in the manual as well. If you happened to throw it away, you can find a digital version of the product instruction booklet in our library.

Every BaBylissPRO curling iron and flat iron includes an instruction booklet in the package. Keep the instruction book! It provides the basic information needed to operate and maintain your styling iron. The booklet also contains important safety instructions for using this electrical appliance in your home, as well as details about the warranty terms.

The Italian Dryers have Diffusers specific to their models: Portofino + Volare use the Silde-On BABDF1, Rapido + Brava use the Snap-On BABDF2. All other dryers can use theUniversal BABNTD3.

The bristles are a mix of Boar and Nylon.

When the dryer is OFF, remove the rear filter to remove any hair or dust that has accumulated over time.

Currently, BaBylissPRO offers a Standard Shipping service only. Flat rate fee of $4.99 or free shipping over $100.

To ship items to more than one address, you'll need to create a separate order for each shipping address.

Lithium-ion Batteries: Items containing lithium ion batteries cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box by any carrier. All carriers require a physical address to deliver packages that contain these batteries. Correctional Institutions: Be sure to contact the institution before sending a package; most facilities have their own rules and regulations related to deliveries from outside the facility. International: BaBylissPRO does not ship to international destinations.

You will receive 2 emails when placing an order. The first one is a confirmation of your order. The second one will notify you that your product has been shipped; it will contain a tracking number for the delivery service chosen for your package.

On average, an order is shipped from our warehouse within 72 hours after we receive the order.

Most items can be shipped to any of the 50 states, as well as APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. BaBylissPRO does not ship to international addresses.

Some products that include items under pressure, lithium ion batteries or magnetic components might be restricted. If you are unsure about a product check by contacting Customer Service by email or call 1-833-266-2475 before placing your order.

Items containing lithium ion batteries cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box by any carrier. All carriers require a physical address to deliver packages that contain these batteries.

The process typically takes 7–10 business days from the date we receive the consumer’s request with all required information.

Warranties vary by product. Most BaBylissPRO care appliances include a limited 1 year warranty. Some models may include a 2 , 4 year limited warranty instead. Please refer to the Instruction Booklet included with your appliance for the specific warranty that applies to your unit. If you no longer have your Instruction Booklet, please call us at 1-800-326-6247 and one of our agents will be happy to assist you.

We warrant that the item will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions for the duration of the warranty period, which begins on the date of purchase. Attachments and additional parts are not covered.

To have your unit replaced under warranty, you must provide your receipt. If you are unable to locate your receipt, please contact us, and one of our representatives will be pleased to assist you.

The item will be replaced under the terms of the warranty, free of charge.
